2nd Anniversary Giveaway

BRAMBAS INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. ORGANIZER

This giveaway is organized by Brambas Barefoot (hereinafter, “Brambas”).

The giveaway will take place on Instagram and will be managed using the Easypromos platform.

 

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway will run from Sunday, September 20, 2026 until Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM (CEST – Central European Summer Time).

Any entries submitted outside this period will not be considered valid.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY

The giveaway is open to all individuals 18 years of age or older, regardless of their country of residence, provided they are able to receive the prize in one of the countries listed in these Terms & Conditions.

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow Brambas on Instagram (@brambas_brand).
  2. Leave a comment on the giveaway post tagging two friends. Each comment that meets this requirement counts as one separate entry. The more valid comments a participant leaves, the more chances they have to win.
  3. Optional: Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Stories and tag @brambas_brand. This action grants one additional entry.

Comments must tag two real Instagram accounts and comply with the instructions provided in the giveaway post.

Employees of Brambas and anyone directly involved in organizing or managing the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

 

4. COUNTRIES ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZE DELIVERY

Participants may enter from anywhere in the world, provided they are at least 18 years old. However, the prize can only be shipped to an address located in one of the countries where Brambas currently delivers orders through its online store:

  • Canada

5. PRIZE

The winner will receive one pair of Brambas shoes of their choice from any model available on the Brambas online store at the time the prize is claimed.

The winner may choose:

  • Any available model.
  • Any available color.
  • Any available size.

The prize is subject to stock availability at the time of selection.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted for another product or service, or transferred to another person.

 

6. WINNER SELECTION

Once the giveaway period has ended, Brambas will conduct a random draw using Easypromos, selecting:

  • 1 winner
  • 3 alternate winners, in order of selection.

Entries will be counted as follows:

  • Each valid comment tagging two friends = 1 entry.
  • Sharing the giveaway post to Instagram Stories and tagging @brambas_brand = 1 additional entry.

Entries that do not meet the participation requirements may be considered invalid and removed from the draw.

 

7. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner will be announced via @brambas_brand Instagram Stories on Monday, September 28, 2026.

Brambas will also contact the winner via Instagram Direct Message (DM) to notify them and request the information needed to ship the prize.

The winner will have 72 hours from the time the direct message is sent to respond.

 

8. ALTERNATE WINNERS

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, they will forfeit the prize and Brambas will contact the first alternate winner.

Each alternate winner will also have 72 hours from the time the direct message is sent to respond.

If the first alternate winner does not respond within that period, Brambas will contact the second alternate winner, followed by the third, in the order established by the draw.

If neither the winner nor any of the three alternate winners responds within the specified timeframes, the prize will be declared void.

 

9. PRIZE DELIVERY

Once the winner has accepted the prize and provided the required information, Brambas will ship the selected pair of shoes to the address provided by the winner, provided it is located in one of the eligible countries listed in these Terms & Conditions.

Shipping will be free of charge for the winner.

 

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Brambas reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that is deemed fraudulent, does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or interferes with the proper operation of the giveaway.

 

11. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram in any way.

By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the organization or operation of this giveaway.

 

12. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION

Brambas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if justified circumstances require it. Any significant changes will be communicated through Brambas' official channels.
