HOW DO I JOIN THE CLUB?
Your loyalty account and customer account are the same.
Just go to "My Account" to create your account and join the program. If you already one, just log in to start earning points.
DO I NEED TO BUY TO ENTER THE CLUB?
No, you just have to register at brambas.com and start completing missions to earn your first points.

HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?
Through every purchase and by completing missions!
WHERE CAN I SE MY POINTS BALANCE?
Check your balance in your account or directly on the loyalty page.
CAN I TRANSFER MY POINTS?
No, points cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another account.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY PAST PURCHASES?
All clients who bought prior to the launch of our Members Club have their points automatically added to their Members account.
WHEN WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE?
There is no expiration date for your points earned or tier reached. The only rewards with expiration date are the ones from the friends referral program, which have a validity of 365 days.
CAN POINTS BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH?
No, they can only be redeemed for rewards.

ARE MISSION POINTS CREDITED IMMEDIATLY?
Some may require manual validation.

CAN REWARDS BE COMBINED WITH OTHER DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONS?
No, loyalty rewards cannot be combined with ongoing promotions.
HOW DO I USE MY POINTS?
Redeem your points from your loyalty dashboard, then apply the code at checkout.
HOW LONG ARE MY REWARDS VALID?
Most rewards don't have an expiration date. But each reward's expiration date, which will be shown in your account.
IF I RETURN MY ORDER, DO I KEEP THE POINTS EARNED?
No, if an order is refunded, the points earned from it will be deducted from your balance.

HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WORK?
Enter your friends’ emails through the referral section of your account, or share your custom link with them.
Referral conditions:
- Only valid for new customers
- Minimum order of €100
CAN I REFER MULTIPLE PEOPLE?
Yes, with no limit!
IS THE VOUCHER CREDITED INSTANTLY?
No, after your friends receive their order, we need to wait 30 days to make sure there is no refund before crediting the voucher.
HOW LONG IS MY REFERRAL VOUCHER VALID?
Your voucher is valid for 365 days.
HOW LONG IS THE REFERRED FRIEND'S CODE VALID?
Their code is valid for 60 days.

WHAT ARE THE VIP TIERS?
The VIP tiers are the diferent levels that a Club Member can reach depending on the total points collected through time.
Each tier rewards you with bigger discounts, exclusive access, gifts, and perks.
WHAT DIFERENT TIERS DO YOU HAVE?
The Brambas Members Club tiers are the following:
- Junior - from 300 points
- Star - from 1.200 points
- Master - from 3.000 points
- Legend - from 10.000 points
